The Sims, Sims 2 and 3 arent connected to the internet. These arent multiplayer games. The only one that needs an internet connection is the Sims 4, and even then, you dont need to be connected to the internet to play it. Many of you out there are aware of Sims 1 not supported on Windows This is not only sad, but EA no longer supports this game either.
