Vw plastic removal tool

VW uses wire pins that have two locking tabs, one on each side. This tool get inserted into the front of the connector and can push those locking pins down, allowing removal of the wire. If the locking tabs are fully depressed, the wire should remove easily. If the wire does not remove easily, remove and reinsert the tool to try to get a better squeeze on the pins.

Due to the small nature of these wires and this tool, this tool is very delicate. Please use and store with care. I used this set to replace the ignition coil ground on my Jetta.

This was my first time modifying a wiring harness, and I wasn't using the correct size tool. Customer service was awesome and patiently pointed me in the right direction.
